I first became a licensed realtor in 1980. After fifteen successful years, I established Sun City Realty in 1995, where I felt I could more closely align my business practice with my clients’ needs. To this end, I became a licensed Broker in 1998. I specialize in Commercial and Residential real estate. In addition to operating a successful real estate brokerage, I am very active in the profession in other capacities. I received the “Realtor of the Year” award from the Lethbridge Real Estate Board in 1987. I have also been a Director on the Lethbridge Real Estate Board since 1999 and was the organization’s President in 2003 and 2008 and am its current President for 2010. I have been active teaching real estate at the Lethbridge College since 1990 where I teach the introductory courses to new aspiring real estate agents and continuing education to all current REALTORS®. In 2009 I was honored to receive an Honorary Life Membership to the Lethbridge and District Association of REALTORS®.

I am very active in my community currently as Vice chairman of the Social Housing in Action with the City of Lethbridge and Chairman of the Affordable Housing Committee of SHIA. I am also a Past President of The Original Lethbridge Business Breakfast Club where we meet every Wednesday morning to share information about what is happening in Lethbridge.

When I am not busy with my professional pursuits, I can be found either on the golf course as a member of Henderson Lake Golf Club, on the shooting range as a member of the Fort Whoopup Black Powder Club  or playing hockey twice a week to keep in shape.
