Emma Goerzen has been an active member of the community for the past 19 years both professionally and personally.  She began her career in sales and has been instrumental in the start up of many community businesses, making her an expert in the area of recruiting, business development, customer service and pre-employment screening.  Emma is the founder and CEO of Hire Standard Inc., which lets her use all of those talents and where she focuses on pre-employment screening, staff retention strategies and hiring for your company culture.

Emma has been a member of the Original Breakfast Club where she has filled positions on various committees and held the role of President for the 2006/2007 term and has served as a past Director for the Lethbridge Chamber of Commerce.
