Speaker bio: 

Jeff Wall has worked in a variety of industries over the years, and the positions he has been most passionate about involve raising up leaders.  Not only in the workplace, Jeff also spends his free time mentoring people of all ages in competitive shooting sports as well as hunting, fishing and camping.  

Jeff has been working in the seasonal industry for 4 years and joined the team at Lawn and Snow Bros last spring.  Lawn and Snow Bros strives to bring positive change in the industry as well as be on front lines of bringing new innovation to our area.  Jeff will be talking about how Lawn and Snow Bros is seeking to overcome the challenges of keeping quality workers in a seasonal environment, current initiatives along these lines, and touch on coming innovation to the lawn and snow industry.
