Chelsea Wall will discuss how Customer Service, Success and Experience have evolved and changed over the past few years, especially through this pandemic. She will discuss ways of using empathy to help engage with your Customers and what you can expect from them in return in 2021 (and beyond).
Curiosity led Chelsea to study more about human nature, values and relationships, focusing on communication and the human behavior. With a Certification in Life and Executive Coaching and numerous online credentials in the field of neruo linguistic programming, the science of well-being and an indepth understanding of strength and personality characteristics, Chelsea has been brought to support others on their journey to building healthy relationships.
Her career path has been one of providing exceptional customer service by building authentic, natural relationships built on trust. She has always focused on customer service as an administrative professional for nearly 20 years. The majority of her career was customer centric, and involved being front facing with direct contact to customers on a daily basis. Chelsea learnt over the years that people want to be heard, they value communication and truly enjoy sharing their experiences (good and bad). This is what lead Chelsea to learn more about Customer Experience and her journey to becoming a Customer Engagement and Business Support Specialist.
